In Search of Massive Gains - Heading into another month....

Hey everyone, so I'm heading into month 4 now and would love to get some advice on some ideas I have.

My gains thus far have been a .25 inch increase in length and a little less than a .25 increase in girth (on a good day). In other words, progress is being made, but it is taking forever (I'll continue to be patient)

Anyways, for the last month i have been on a 5 on-2 off routine doing 400 jelqs and 4 sets of stretches each direction. I'm looking to try something a little different as my routine is boring me and I'm not feeling like progress is being made.

So, I was thinking of adding Uli's and squeezes to my routine, increasing the jelq count to 500, and stretching morning and night 4 sets each time (for a total of 8 sets and about 20-25 minutes of actual stretching).

Also, instead of 5on-2off schedule, I'm thinking of going for a 2on-1 off schedule with a break on weekends. I feel like i may be one of those guys who needs some rest to see gains.

So my questions are:

1. Should I change from the 5 on-2 off schedule to a 2 on-1 off/weekends off (4 days a week) schedule?
2. How many ulis and squeezes should I do this month (keeping in mind i've never done them) and where in my workout should I do them (I was thinking after each 100 jelqs, I do a couple of ulis/squeezes)?
3.Are my gains thus far normal or would I be classified as a hard gainer?

Anyways, let me know guys....I appreciate the help!

Thanks

I'm of the opinion a guy should just choose an exercise and then DO IT for a given amount of time. I also used to count jelqs WAAAAAAAAAAAY back in the day. I got really tired of losing track of what number I was actually on, then the light bulb over my head went off, and I began just watching the clock. I had noticed a certain number of jelqs usually took about so long, so I just went by the time. Same with squeezes. It's not a science really. The overall idea is a good workout...not numbers. ;)

The amount of days is your call. Daily if you unit is in shape for it but then again you have to be the judge of that.

Counting is harder than the damn workout rofl. I stop counting from day one and timed it instead.

Some never gain so the phrase Hard gainer should never be used by someone who is gaining no matter the rate of gains.

Best of luck!

Set a schedule and stick with it. 5 on 2 off is pretty typical and it sounds like a good plan to me. Your gains will reflect if you are training hard enough.

100 Jelqs and a long squeeze will definetly bring expansion. If you feel you are not getting the expansion you desire try another girth exercise...I suggest Slow Squash Jelqs.

How long have you been training to make these gains?

DLD- I've been training for 3 months.

Girth Hammer and Stillwantmore2- I think I will start timing the workouts instead lol...seems to be the best way to do it. Thanks
