So I've been doing a new girth routine as the jelqs weren't doing much for me. I started it about 3 weeks ago and I've gone from a hair under 5.75 to almost 6 inches in girth. I was gonna wait another week to measure but after browsing around on the site and hearing some pornstars' real size I was prompted to measure myself. I'm right at 7.5" in length when fully erect and my mseg is now a hair under 6". For the sake of numbers (and my ego) I'm just gonna say 6. That puts me in pornstar range. Not with the ranks of Lex, Ramon, and Erik Everhart but I no longer view myself as small. I'd like to thank everyone here for your support and knowledge. I'm even more inspired to get gains now

For girth, I do now do 10 mins of ULI's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and Horse squeezes. Getting some nice expansion from that.

So how do you do BTC rotary cranks? It seems self explanatory, but I tried them how I thought they would work and it seemed difficult to perform. Any advice?
 
The way I do btc rotary stretches is virtually the same way I do the BTC stretch. I grab my penis from behind (sometimes I move my balls out of the way), and pull to one side (either right, left, or straight back. I then squat down and do 30 cranks/rotations. I do 3 sets.

As far as the newbie program, I substituted the rotaries to further fatigue my ligs because my grip was weakening too quickly and I wanted something to pre-fatigue the ligs so that the other more basic pulls would still be beneficial. I'll probably switch to a new routine in the end of september.
