Well, I have to say my methods sound a bit stupid, but they helped me ! My routine is the following:
Warm-up (5-6 minutes)
total: ~30 minutes.
first 10 minutes: Bundled A-Stretch
5 minutes: Some bundled stretches with a plastic pipe to get even more intense stretches (like the A-stretch, I actually stole some ideas of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]

last 10 minutes: Don't have a name for this. I actually pull the penis down with all force, so I'll get a
hanging-effect (don't have the accessories for
hanging, so I just use my hands).
Warm-down 5 minutes.
I do this routine twice a day. You might have noticed that I don't count in reps. In my opinion a rep just limits your opportunities to intensity. What I mean is, that you need some time to get to the highest point of your intensity and this might equal 1 or 2 reps (60 or 120 seconds), so just forget about reps and do the stretch (regardless how many breaks you do) until the time is up.
The next point is the intensity itself.
I used to go very regular to the gym to build up muscles and loose
weight. I know you might ask now how this can help your gains, but my experience is, that if you are stronger, you are able to hold the intensity of the stretch longer and go like a climax (like every 5 seconds more power). I think this is also a good method to prevent injuries, as I always go to the maximum of my power and never had a serious injury. Just stretching marks, but I am actually always happy when I see them, because that means that my workout was good. If you don't want to go to the gym, I am sure some push ups before your workout can do the same job.
That's it more or less, of course you have to do this workout very regular. I used to do this 6 days a week, with 1 day off for masturbation (yes, during the Penis Enlargement-period no jerking
