If you only had 45 minutes per day for PE.......

If you only had 30 or 45 minutes per day to devote to Penis Enlargement, which routine or exercises would you focus on or make a priority?

I have settled on a plan that I am going to try for a while....more simple, more basic, less time. In looking back on my past Penis Enlargement experiences, I found that I was becoming a little bit obsessive with Penis Enlargement, doing too much, not giving myself a chance to recover, etc.....There were times when I thought that Penis Enlargement was "getting the best of me" like it was mastering me. I don't want that to happen. The same thing has occured in the past with weight lifting/working out to the point where I become obsessed with it to the point where I over-do it. This may be what has caused me to "only" gain 1" in length and .25" girth in THREE years of Penis Enlargement. I keep thinking that I should have gained more by now, but anyway.....

Lately, my life has become even more hectic and more of a rat-race. I am trying to accomplish things in a more efficient manner in my personal life and at work. I have decided that I can afford about 45 minutes per day of Penis Enlargement.....about 30-45 minutes for my weight training workouts, etc.....basically be more in control of my time.

Starting stats---Feb. 06-----6" erect length, 5.25"erect girth at base, 5" mid.
Current stats---Jan--09-----7" erect length, 5.5" erect girth at base, 5.25" mid
 
Well, I am doing a routine, but I was just wanting to see what some other folks do. I have a newly developed plan that I'm following:

Day 1-stretching, mostly upward for my tunica, v-stretch for 30 sec. each mixed up with dld blasters. Alternate, mix these up for about 30 minutes in the AM. PM is shorter version of this routine followed by about 15-mins of slow dry jelq (if I have the time and privacy)

Day 2- Tunica stretches for about 10 minutes. See above exercises. Then.....Clamping-25 minute set in the AM. While clamped, I'll mix in some slow squash dry jelq and some 30 second bends. In the evening, maybe a 10-15 minute clamp set (if I have privacy).

Basically repeat this format and start again with day 1......
 
45 minutes spent right is a hardcore workout. You will be fine.
