Hi all,

I actually had Penis Enlargement Surgery! I first tried Dr. Giunta who performed penile fat injections in me. The fat absorbed and lumped up!

I then tried Dr. Krakovsky who took out the fat, peformed penis lengthening, dermal widening grafts & glanular enhancement. I now am longer and 1.8" wider! I had surgery 13 months ago with no problems to date!

Have you had any negative effects from surgery? How much length have you gained?

Before all surgeries I was 6" erect length. Dr. Giunta also peformed penis lengthening on me. After 1 year of 3 fat injections and the lengthening surgery, I was .5" less in erect length! I used their stretcher they sold me most of the day as told! The fat clumped up in the base of my penis so I had painful erections! It was a waste of money and horrible to fly 4 times in 1 year there!

Dr. Krakovsky severes the suspensory ligament 90%, but he told me Giunta severed it 40% and I built up scar tissue.

I ended up gaining 2" flaccid length immediately after surgery with Dr. K. The Dermal Grafts are so thick that I gained length from that as well. I don't get shrinkage anymore either.

I stretched for only 4 months after surgery from Dr. K. I got all the way up to 6.3 nbp! I then stopped stretching since I was perfectly happy with my overall length/girth. But I am always around upper 4's lower 5's flaccid length. I used to be 2"-3" flaccid length before all surgeries.

so in erect length you only gained .3"..but in flaccid you gain about 2"inches? so do you felt all the time spent, money spent was worth it? it seems you could have gotten the same results from manual pe with time...but to each is own...if you are happy with the results...i am certainly happy for you...are you doing any pe right now?

I wish I went to Dr. K first! I'm sure I would have gained more erect length! The other surgeon made me lose half an inch. I was worried I wouldn't gain any back. I'm very happy I gained it all back and some more!

I only did pe for 3-4 months after this surgery. Once I got to 6.3" I said I'm done. I haven't stretched in a year. I'm sure I'd be longer but it was a long road and I'm done!

I am interested in just girth. Does it become hard or is it spongy from the grafts? How mush for just girth surgery?

When I first tried FFT (fat injections) my penis felt spongy and fake.

Now 14 months after surgery by the new surgeon taking out the clotted fat (Oct 1st of 07') and inserting Dermal Widening Grafts, I haven't shrunk .1"! The feeling in 100% natural!

My girlfriend for months didn't know I had surgery done until I told her because I would become a consultant for the surgeon due to my excellent results and being open about it! She was shocked because she was really interested to learn about my surgeries. I'm a lucky guy! rofl

Yeah if Giunta tried injecting fat in me 3 times without success, then no one else will be successful since I am very strick on following post op instructions.

Dr. K however did a hell of a job removing all the fat which clotted onto my penis!

I didn't lie to anyone. Every surgery has it's complications and I had an excellent result from my surgery! I've invested a lot of time and money because I stand by the surgeon. If I didn't I'd be working some other job!

Regarding BTC, we were in business together but since he has his own forum he can write whatever he wants unfortunately. Always remember there are two sides to every story. We all know his credibility regarding his stretchers. People used to call me every 20 minutes complaining that it's been months without receiving their stretchers and BTC won't return their calls. I finally got fed up taking those calls from angry people and we had a rocky ending to our relationship. I also got fed up with BTC for making me delete so many posts about angry customers.

I don't want to say anything about BTC's surgery complications, but I do know the truth as to how it happened and it was not from the doctor. Let's leave it at that! Please trust me on this matter!

I also know that this site is 99.99999% Penis Enlargement related (not surgery) and the maxyoursize site will attract interest from overseas. I am always 100% honest and don't want anyone to be in bad shape!

But let's face it surgery is surgery. People will do almost anything to have a larger penis. Pumping can create problems, stretchers can create problems and surgery can create problems as well. But there are also excellent results from them as well!

Please know that I'd really appreciate no bashing on my credibility since you only know the story of someone that has a forum and erases everyone's negativity towards mynewsize's customer support and stretcher line so that they won't look as bad. I was 100% fed up with erasing posts with/for BTC and taking calls from angry people for him! I am no con artist as he claims! Thanks for hearing my story!
