I wanted to pass this info to everyone, even though it's probably false.

There is a workout supplement known as "No Xplode" and this supposedly makes your blood vessels wider and helps to get a better workout, somehow, I don't pretend to understand the science behind it. But I was told on another forum by someone claiming that their friend gained an inch by using this stuff and the results were very fast.

Now before I get flammed for this, I realize that this is he said she said blah blah and more then likely bullshit, but I felt like it might be worth passing on to others... so there ya go. Sorry if it's a waste of time to read this, but I'm going to look into this stuff and if it works, I'll be sure to let everyone know that as well. But has anyone ever heard of or tried this stuff before?
 
I don't believe it either. It's basically a nitric, creatine, amino combo that is not new and all of these things have been around for ages, as well as, combined together. There is no easy way to gain an inch of anything. It takes time, consistency and dedication, period.

What could be the case is the man had erectile dysfunction. The supplement has been known to help erections, so when this man took the supp., it increased his erection by one inch. Very possible.
 
I was thinking of getting some to help me gain muscle quicker, but an extra inch of dick would be nice. If it does indeed widen blood vessels that might be bad for me since I think I may be getting one of those thrombose veins. I guess I'm jelqing too hard.

That's a possibility. All NO products increase blood flow, and consequently erections. I'm sure the guys that lift here or know about NO supplements know that they dilate the blood vessels and arteries to get more blood to a muscle for a large pump. I'm curious, has anyone taken NO supplements and gotten good Penis Enlargement results? All those supplement companies claim to increase erections, but it all depends on how well the guy absorbed the supplement and other things like genetics or the possibility of erectile dysfunction.
 
The only issue with NO products is the research behind them. The claims to being a "blood" flow stimulator has yet to be proven in any reasearch. Strength gains claimed in trained individuals can not be explained as there was no increase in lean body mass, which is the case for most trained individuals to gain numbers like were seen in the study quoted in the NO2 book. There's an expose of NO2 that I posted in a thread around here somewhere from T-nation and it's a great read all the way through. Arginine has never been proven to hemodilate or potentiate any growth in tissues. Notice I said proven, I'm not saying that it can't and it doesn't but from the research that's been gathered to this point these improvements can't be attributed to the products that are making the claims as most of the studies done involve IV drips of more than a gram at a time. That's another flaw in these studies and companies making claims about there products. If you want to see if arginine does anything special take about 2-4 grams of it in pill form from GNC and see what it does. That will save you a lot of time and money compared to using NO2 and it's other inactive ingredients.

The 2-4 gram reccomendation is because of what will more than likely be used and excreted, and also what will be broken down in the liver, intestines, stomach, etc. Try it and see, but let us know how it goes.
 
There's a lot of herbs that dilate blood vessels. I'm taking a few right now. I don't measure for another month but if I notice good gains I'll let you all know.
 
I had a friend who said he gained an inch from taking No2. Didn't say if it was permanent or not. Philadelph's theory sounds good. Also don't know if he actually measured or was just guessing (lol didn't want to seem that interested.)
 
Maybe an inch on his chest while on the stack, but not on his penis!
