When i came to this site a month ago i had doubts i thought that these methods would not work. I was very skeptical about the whole pe thing. When i started my measurements were...

EG:5

After a month of diligent work i am stuned to say that without a doubt in my mind pe does work!

After ONE month my measurments stand to be

EL:5 1/4
EG:5 1/2

i couldnt believe what the ruler was telling me. I grew 1/2 inch in girth and 1/4 inch in length! before i measured i didnt think there was any noticable difference in size or the way my little guy felt.

now the long road to 9x6 realy starts! I plan on increasing my routine! any comments and advise would be much appreaciated!

hey man whats ure routine like? would like to know and good work, im not measuring till end of this month hopefully i get some gains like yours

I do my work outs in the shower every morning and take fridays off.

I do a quick warm up by running hot water on my little taco and messaging it for 2-3 minutes. After i start with the basic jelq. I do 40 reps then stop for a few seconds then do it again. i do about 200+ jelqs. for stretching i don't really have a set routine for that yet. what i do is pull, while i'm soft, with a good amount of force and hold it for a while then i change directions in witch i pull. I do that until my dick hurts then i stop and message it with hot water again to warm down.

nice i pretty much do the same wake up stretch for a couple mins jelque about 300-600 (depending on time) while in shower. late at night i stretch for about 15-20 mins. hopefully i get some nice results

I always saw the visual difference (gain) well before I took my scheduled measurement.
