I've been doing some kegel exercises for about 3 weeks now and I still can't shoot at all. I'm only able to hold the contraction for about 1 min. However, I've been doing long and short contractions also. Could someone please help me out? What am I doing wrong?

My shoot was never good, even when my PC muscles were at their strongest. Today I use Performer5 and it changed everything.

I wish! For me nothing has helped but you may not be like me. I have extremely strong pelvic floor muscles and a great erection angle and EQ but never been able to clear 2"! Very sad for me, I dribble and it is over At least, for me, I have a solution that works. Keep strengthening the muscles, keep doing the Kegels and I am sure you will shoot like a champ.

kegels work fine for me, but it took me a few months to build up the PC strength. i would recommend working your PC muscle through kegels/weighted kegels (put a towel on your erect penis, and then kegel for increased difficulty) for a few months before going and spending $$$ (not saying they dont work wonders, but why not get the same result for free?)

Some of us can't make that happen Yes, as I directed, train and see where it takes you! For most men Kegels will really help change these issues, load size, distance, force, etc.

I read about this guy on the forum that swears by kegels, I think it is a numbers game. He states that after doing thousands upon thousands of kegels, that he shoots at least 4 feet now. I would like to shoot to and I havent seen much difference yet either so this it probably the reason.

I still have not tried the Vit5 yet but I have asked for some samples. The Performer5 took about 3-4 days to boost the load size but I noticed many other differences that manifested in 15-20 minutes. How are reverse kegels done?

regular is stopping urine... reverse is pushing urine. I push a lot when I am in stretcher when I urinate. I think its two fold if I have to force it out. Working the kegel in reverse.
