I have been experimenting with supplements over the last 3 months specifically for semen volume and health and holy fuck do I have the combination for you all. As semen is 95% water you should already be drinking like 3 liters of water daily.
Must haves:
1. Sunflower Lecithin (avoid soy extract lecithin) - 1,200-2400 mg (split doses ideal) - greatly increases load volume
2. Pygeum Africanum - 100–200 mg - when stacked with Lecithin will not only generate absurd load volume, but also precum levels. Literally, when I now get aroused my D is drooling like a starving dog. You will never have to use lube ever again.
3. Zinc - 50 mg - substantially increases sperm count. Essential for sperm health and fertility.
4. L-Carnitine - 1,000–2,000 mg - substantially increases sperm count.
Those 4 combined taken daily for 3 months will increase your loads beyond anything you would ever expect.
Minor enhancement:
5. L-Citrulline - 1,500–3,000 mg Taken 15 minutes before sex - Increases ejaculation pressure/intensity
6. CoQ10 - 100–300 mg - increases sperm count and health
7. Selenium - 100–200 mcg - increases sperm count and health
