Well, I cannot give you THE CORRECT answer, but hear this
There is 1 golden rule of life, it says "When something works for you the way you want it to work- DO NOT change it". If what you have been doing for these 6 weeks has given you results (do not expect ANYTHING HUGE in JUST 6 weeks, but still...), then I would say- just do that until it stops working for you...
2- When it comes to this- it is very different for healing. Length requires a lot of stretch and NO break, your goal is to exhaust your ligs (or tunica) as much as possible, so you can ride the wave and MAX your results (
SRT).
Girth, on the other hand requires active healing as well, but it requires REST, since the best girth sessions require the best EQ, and we all know that you can't get a great EQ after an extremely intense girth session easily. Girth requires rest (depending on the intensity of the exercises and tension you put in (how much you squeeze, click the clamp etc.)).
So what I would do if I was you and I wanted to change my routine would be to have a good girth session (every day, you are not advanced enough to up the intensity SO much that you would require more rest than 24 hours till the next session) in the morning, put on a
cock ring to keep the expansion (maybe take off
cock ring every hour or so, do a quick 30-40 jelqs with a good erection) and put it back on so you dont lose the expansion so much and you can heal better
