Hi Fellow Penis Enlargers,

So far I've been doing base stretches and regular stretches as per the beginner routine. I've also incorporated DLD Blasters which have worked well. However, I feel like the stretches are starting to lose their intensity, as in there is too much 'give' and its not as tight as before.

1) Are there any manual exercises that are more intense?

2) Furthermore, are there any ways the aforementioned exercises can be intensified?

You can add intensity to manual exercises by adding more force..just use more force when you stretch.At the beggining i was using 40 % of my hands strength now i use 100 % and it's still not enough.At one point manual exercises won't work anymore,you will need a device.The only super-intense manual length exercise is the foot long stretch.Other than that,if you feel like manual exercises are not so intense for you anymore,get a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

Bundling, ligament press during the stretch, fulcrums, rotations, durations.

You can add whatever you want to a stretch. If I had to guess I'd say most people would recommend you start trying them bundled and work your way up the stretching food chain.

Increasing Intensity:
Pre-fatigue your penis through: Edging/Masturbation/Erect Stretching/WarmingUp & mandingo stretch(at the same time)/bundled stretching
Add more time/ repetitions for exercises

Adding an extra hour to doing PE
