Hello. Just had my first PE session and everything felt wrong.

1. Stretching - I got my penis 50-75% erect and i tried stretching it, but it didn't stretch at all. It was the same length but in tension. I also tried stretching at lower erection, and it was getting longer. Which one is the correct one?

2. Jelq - Don't even know where to start from. As much as i understood, i hold tight the base of the penis with both of my hands in OK grip, and do a jelq with a hand, then i put my hand in the back of the other, still hold the tight grip and do a jelq with the other hand and so on.

I can't do this. I tried grabbing as close to the pelvic bone as i could, so i don't end up with a bat penis, but when i put a hand before the other, i grab the skin between penis and balls too(that one under penis itself), and that is losing my grip or ruining my jelq as i take the extra skin on the move.

Should i try getting a bit further from pelvic bone and keep jelqing without losing any blood? Or I should lose the grip after each individual jelq and just start over. I mean, hold tight with hand 1, do a jelq with hand 2, release, hold tight with hand 2, do a jelq with hand 1 and so on.

3. Kegels - I localized that muscle, but I just want to be sure. The move itself is the same as that one when you already have an erection and you just move your penis, right? No idea how to explain, but i'm sure you know what i'm talking about.

Don´t beat yourself up, there is a learning curve to PE excersizes.

* Stretch flaccid
* Jelqing, well been doing it heavily for two months and now for the first time every stroke that i do is 100 % effective. Try to perform a kegal before you grip your base that way you´ll have more blood to work with as you´re moving your hand upwards.
* Kegals, well take a pee and then all off a sudden you hold it, congrats you´ve done a kegal.

So long as you are applying enough force and holding for minimum 30 seconds.
Both.
The flaccid stretch will work the ligaments, you want to aim to hold the stretch at 60% of the force that would tear your ligaments. You should feel no pain - if you do gently release or lower the tension. Having said that it could be quite uncomfortable.

The more erect pulls will add to your girth.

Are you doing this with lubrication?
 
Ty, i got the stretching part.

Same with jelqing, that vid clarified it. I though i must not let blood get out of my penis while jelqing, but seems its alright to lose grip after each rep. I also use lube, ofc. Got massage oil atm, but i will change to lube as soon as its over.

I still didn't get the kegel move. I mean, I cant do it without peeing. Is the same move as when i shake my erection? Or i gotta keep trying.

I love jelqing and think its pretty easy. With semi erect cock grab it at the base with an ok grip with thumb and index finger of one hand. Hold it as hard as you can without pain or discomfort (what I do at least). Then simply run your hand up the length of your shaft for a duration of a 3 to 5 seconds. Pretty easy and feels pretty good. I recommend coconut oil.

Great recommendations by kak03. If you do not like oil and prefer water based i recommend slippery stuff.
