I can see two guys just getting into Penis Enlargement; Guy #1 gets awesome results. Guy #2 gets pain, decreased EQ, loss of size, etc... Both of them start with the same routine, trying their best to understand what "a firm grip" and "not too rough" mean. The guy with negative signs doesn't know what he's doing wrong.

In other words, his definition of firm is a lot more intense than the other guy's definition.

With that being said, I'm curious how hard you guys Penis Enlargement... in your own words.

I'm sure I'm not the first one who's been unsure about how hard I should grip... or maybe I am. :s
 
i try to grip just hard enough to not slip, but not to mush my glans into a compactified black hole. it's a fine balance, and totally subjective. pain and pinching skin i'm sure is not good.

for an idea, sometimes i have to take a day off of stretching just because my glans and skin under the rim is so chafed and irritated. my ligs and shaft feel ok, but my glans is just trashed. ahh, good ol' a+d ointment!
 
was thinking the same i aint to sure how hard i should be stetching? since i started 2 days ago i just pull till its at max then just keep the strain! i dont feel any discomfort.

i read and watched DLD's intro vids and i get that dull aching feeling afterward so i guess im not to far from the right pressure to be using.... just scared im gonna pull the thing off if i put more strain on!! dont wanna end up in A&e with meh cock in meh hand haha.

You will never pull it off. So you can understand how tough the penis is, I have seen men pull trucks with only there penis! There is a video somewhere but seriously, you will be OK. Intensity is the key to making gains.
 
You don't want to pull hard enough to cause injury or lack of gains, but you want to be able to pull with enough tension to stimulate growth. This usually requires a bit of experimentation and keeping track of your workouts. You'll know you're pulling with just the right amount of tension when you're seeing regular growth and your erections maintain/improve.
 
A question for whoever can answer...

When I do behind-the-cheek stretches, I get this really specific ligament pain... not unbearable, but intense enough that it's sometimes difficult to hold for 30 sec... But it's only when I stretch to the left. The pain goes away once I let go of the stretch, but it's strange how it feels so much more intense on that one side. Any idea what's going on?

This thread really shows my newbieness. :s

i have the same thing happen. i think red zulu said the right side of the penis has more ligaments or something. this doesn't seem to strange; our heart is on our left, our liver is in the rear right( or is it left?), does someone know where i can find a DETAILED Illustration of the entire penis, with the top and bottom ligament structures and inner penis? my google search is coming up with less than satisfying results.
 
You may never pull it off but you can damage it if you pull in the wrong manner. By this I mean by placeing lots of stress on the dorsal nerve when stretching which you would know quickly as it would get numb around the penis.

When you attack the ligaments you should try to aim for the BURN feeling and keep it in that zone for aslong as you can and at that point you dont need to stetch further as going further would strain or damage the area.

This is a good thread and underlines a valid concern for many but when I say intense I mean just that ... INTENSE ... go for it, push it far but you must know your limits and not be stupid or ignorant of this fact. Look at Pro Strongmen who lift 1000's of pounds, they are on a thin line when they do it and do get injured but they know when to side on caution with a lift and stop otherwise injury would pop around the corner.
