1. 5 minute warmup
2. 5 minutes of 30 second stretching in each direction (left,right,up,down and out)
3. 50 dry jelqs (25 at the base and 25 in the middle) lasting about 2 seconds each
4. 200 wet jelqs lasting about 4 second each
5. 5 minute warmdown
would you guys consider this a good workout or if not what am i doing wrong
