This is my new and 3rd routine...it is lenght only routine just want some thoughts from here from you guys...here it is:
15 min. warm up (rice sock)
1x DLD 12 way stretches
100 kegels and then DLD Blasters (20 minutes)
20x JAI stretches
10 min. warmdown
When I have some time I will do 100 jelqs now and then just for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words]...I think this routine can get me some nice gains on lenght...Tell me what you think and thank you
