When I use water I can use higher vacuum and my glans are also protected.
I don't know how to describe this in a technical way. But the the water protects the penis that is for sure. I have never developed blisters with water pumping. I also believe that you are able to expand your tissue deeper (deep inside) when pumping with water.

Indeed. It is much safer doing water pumping. You can choose either the Mityvac or the Bathmate.
