(sorry for yet another please help!!! thread) (and sorry if this is in the wrong section)
Well, basically I joined [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] the very week it opened, and i still haven't gained shite. Back then, I thought i did enough p.e. to skip phase one, so i picked exercises from here and there hoping to gain really fast. But all i did was keep getting frustrated, and going on and off p.e. My problem is this, i'm really really busy and i have zero privacy. I live with my grandparents (i know, lame) and have a very short window for p.e. at night and in the morning. So I was wondering if i could get some help in creating a short and very powerful routine that focuses on length. I recently went one phase one, and i still could only do it erratically. I don't care how long it takes to gain, i just need something i can stick too.
