I have decided I want to gain one inch

Gaining an inch could take as little as a month or as long as a year...it depends on you, your attitude and how hard you are willing to work. I would suggest stretching a set in the AM, stretching a set in the PM, and then figuring out whenever you have time to do some Jelging if your interested in that as well and do kegels all day during the day.
