Hey everyone, just wanted to say hey. Iv been following this forum for about 4 months and played around with pe for a few weeks from jan.
I have however got myself a proper routine now and have been at it for about 3 weeks 3days on1 off.
I was first quite sceptical about the whole concept and read so many opposing views on other sites.
I figured the only way to see for my self is do it...
So that period between jan and start of march just playing around with the odd squeezing session and stretching etc I made very small gains in both girth and length so I figured I'd get myself a regular routine And a goal.
Never really cared much for my girth so wanted to increase that..
Anyway one of the excersizes I'm doing is strange and I have come up with it myself...
It's like a stretch and a jelq in 1...
I want to know if this is actually going to do much and on length or girth etc...
Basically I am probably 50% erect... I place my penis between my 2 middle fingers, clench a fist and pull upwards... I haven't measured since I first started properly at start of march but this seems to have increased my length about half inch already.. I'm holding of measuring tho until iv been doing 3 months solid..
Ill post some pics of this stretch thing I do to try n explain it better lol.
My routine is as followes
Warm up in shower, (shower head on penis for 5 mins as hot as I can take)
Stretch in various directions for few minutes
Then do 30 of my stretch jelq things,
Then a horse squeeze: I think it's that,... I basically get erect, kegal in more blood to very erect lol., squeez base so it stays then do 10 2 second squeezes on the head and then on the 11th I hold it for 20 secs
Then I repeat my 30 stretch jelq things
Followed by horse squeez
30 stretch jelq things
And Finnish off with the horse squeeze
Whole thing takes about 30 to 45 mins
Just wondering what you all think of my excersize and if my routine is good enough.
