Anyone else have this problem? I did a brief search and didnt find anything relative. Whenever I use a heating pad i get very pliable, but I tend to shrink (Girth wise only, length becomes looser). This occurs both in warmup and warmdown... so, I skip the warmdown.

Just wondering how many ppl have this issue and skip the warmdown? Will this affect gains? Does post-workout pump mean anything?
