Have anyone got familar with firegoat roll?

Oh, I finally got it! I think? Is this like when you try to start a fire with a twig? Like in the boy-scouts? You roll it between your hands (erect or flaccid?) - I guess I will try both. I hope I do not run into any goats, that could suck.
It's nothing really earth shattering or new. More of a massage than anything else. Just roll your hands back and forth, just like a twig and you'll see and feel the blood moving, tissues moving, etc. That's the basic medical theory behind it.
If you apply pressure with your palms closest to your pubic bone, start rolling and sort of work your way out like you're rolling out dough into a bread stick, it feels pretty good. Not bad for warm downs or something to do between sets.
If all else fails, it's a handy trick for lighting a campfire. Smores anyone?

after clamps discoloration goes away instantly.
the little bloodspots do go away too.
I do the firegoat rolls after every workout.
basically they are a dick roll. jsut roll the dick between hands.
