ok I finally got around to making a "wench" hanger to give hanging a try. I hung for the first time yesterday and was wondering if it common to not feel fatigued when starting out. I did 2 sets at 20 mins with about roughly 5 lbs of weight (wife's bally total fitness red handled barbell) with a 5 min break in between. during the break did a 1-2 min jelq/massage, moist heat soak, massages again for a couple more mins and did the 2nd 20 min set.
should I feel fatigued? could I be doing something wrong? 2nd set I may have wrapped a little too tight because it got a little cold but not numb at all.
