Need advice. I have been doing my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for about the last 3 months. In the last month I have lost my consistency, but overall I still seen some slight gains. A little over 1/8 inch in girth. I recently ordered a bib hanger because my main goal is length. I was reading where Bib did not encourage girth work in addition to hanging. Does doing girth work hamper length gains from hanging? What would you offer for best advice. Thanks in advance
 
If you hang as much as Bib recommends (like 5 or 6 sets a day) with enough weight, you'll notice that effective girth work is almost impossible after this. Before hanging I would not do girth work at all, because the area below your head swells up and hurts when hanging heavy...
 
I feel the same way as LH does. Plus, pumping or other girth exercises can further impede hanging by causing temporary girth increases and lymph fluid retention in the skin. These can make hanging a pain in the rear, because you would constantly have to change your hanger settings as your girth constantly fluctuates. It's much less frustrating to just hang.
 
Y'all have hit it exactly. If you invest enough time into a hanging routine with enough intensity it will fatigue the penis enough so that good erections will be hard to get. Maybe after a while you could get adjusted and fatigue wouldn't be such a factor but i would think that would be an indication to move up on weight.

The fluid thing is the main problem. It will make it much harder to grasp the internal structure of the penis. Length first.
 
thinking about it I would say it depends on the intensity of the exercises.
Moderate hanging and moderate clamping should be combinable(touch only with a trained dick)
I did it for some days but Im not sure about the results yet.
 
Glad to hear what you guys have to say. Im about to get into hanging soon and was wondering if i it was alright if i did girth work too, but now i know.
