I wanted to look at actual hanging gains people have made.

If you don't mind please enter just a few pieces of information if you have hung. I think it would be interesting to see the tendencies. I could break this information down more specifically, but thought it would be interesting to see a general overview for now.

*per month average gain: .125

I have achieved my goal of 9 inches bpfsl and will come up with a new goal shortly.
 
Nice gains Airshy! Two hours a day at ten months, and a 1.25 gain in length? Looks like you have a nice routine going, I would say keep doing what you are doing until you stop gaining length. IMO.

If its working keep at it. Until it stops. Impressive work in ten months man.

I have a question about the pump... when I am doing the maintanance once a week or so and pump to my max - using around 3-7 hg of pressures (i hang around 5-6 mainly and rotate around. none of this is too much for me)

how long should i pump to get maximum expansinon? i have been doing about an hour... does that seem about right?
 
Sorry guys...i have no input data to place on here simply because i've always been too scared to try hanging.

Also, i read many times on here from people that HAVE hung before on a consistent basis that have given up on hanging either because of lack of gains or because something went WRONG with their units...

What is the low down on this matter ? You guys know what has scared them so much to the point of stating things like "i will never hang again" or even " i won't be hanging ever again" and stuff along those lines...what's up with that?!

I would love to gain another inch through hanging cause it seems not to be too much of a hassle to do at home but some people's comments really put me off...

Any one care to elucidate a confused mind ?

I have never measured my lot. My exit point has lowered about 1/2 inch if i had to guess.

I wonder what percent of people who have hung weight would say that relative to other types of Penis Enlargement. It always seems whether it is pumping, clamping, hanging, or stretching incorrectly something happens and they the excersise unsafe. I guess the question would be what percent of people in each type category
1) are glad they did it and had gains
2) did not get hurt but did not gain
3) got injured and would not do it again

which is data we do not have. I seem to find most people that hang run into issues at some point that are not major and are overcome with a few weeks. But i dont know. I personally would do what i have done again.
 
Total Months hung: a combined total of 1.5-2 years spread out over 6 years at my best guestimation.

Average time per day: When I was hanging consistently, which for me meant an average of 4 hours total daily broken down into 15-20 minute sets, and 5 days a week.

BPFSL Gain (specify if other): Approximately 2" of BPFSL, and BP erect, and NONBP erect. Gained in all three areas pretty evenly.

Type of Hanger used: Home made BIB hangers at the beginning, then the BIB "Starter", then the BIB "Hardcore Starter" which is the "Starter" w/out the gel and more room inside.

Average Gain per month: I had months where I gained 1/8" and months where I gained 1/4".

Also - If I decided to cycle hanging i.e. 14 days heavy with lots of time on, and then a week or so rest - will that method work in your opinion?

I also wonder why DLD has stated that he does NOT and WILL NOT hang...?? Why would that be besides him already being a monster ( dickwise of course ). ??

Safety reasons? Do you think there might be a connection betwin hanging and peyronie's desease ? Like in deformig penile tissue due to extreme pressure and blood flow being constricted for a specified amount of time PLUS the weights ?

I think Penis Enlargement is still in the dark ages. We are still pioneering it all. Someday we may have cool stats and be able to coorelate things like that.

For now I think just looking to people who have had success and are in line with how we train while modifying it to suit ourselves seems most reasonable.

I never really understood the 'lag time' between flaccid to length....My flaccid got bigger for sure. The main things I kept track of were flaccid bp stretched length, and actual erect (BP for tracking gains) length. If I grew 1/4" in flaccid bp stretched, I grew the same in bp erect. I'd see guys claiming that their bp flaccid stretched grew, but their bp erect had not...that always made me scratch my damn head. How the hell could you be getting longer....but not be?? LOL.

Why would you cycle as described? Just curious. From what I've seen, the more 'rest time' you take especially with hanging, the slower the gains seem to come. I usually took weekends off, but not a deliberate week+...not when I was in my groove.
 
up to this point i have very rarely taken rest days.

I have seen lag time in the conversion of bpfsl to el. i was curious what you had experience - thanks for the input.

as far as the cycling i was just curiuos what your input would be on that type of training. (hanging)
 
lionheart: heck yea... so much of it for me was jjust getting my unit used to bearing weight. once it could do that comfortably i felt the gains coming. keep at it some!
 
I would like to know your thoughts, as I have heavily taken up hanging again too. I use a vac-hanger, and have been doing 10lbs, for a long time beforehand. As I got into it again, I soon upped that 10 to 12.5lbs. I try to do 2 sets a day of 30 mins, morning and night. I also use heat, and have yet to see any gains.
 
here is my theory. adsing, or lighweight hanging can lengthen the tunica through constant stretching. my guess is, wihout doing more than 60 minutes a day of extension there will come a point where you will need to add
1) time at that tension
2) tension for that time

It is very possible you have gotten all the gains you will get with 2x40 minuts (at one angle expecially). Do not be disheartened though - it is always good to milk everything you can out of low weights and not a lot of time.

Be creative with angles, be determined in your hangs to reach fatigue. If you are like me you will need a different type of hanger soon as the vacum was not comfortable over 12 pounds.
 
For me the bib was too uncomfortable past maybe 8lbs. My glans are too small to actually grip well I believe. Ive had best luck with vacuum devices. Which do you use, a bib correct?
 
well I have a taper, and it seems to make the bib easier to slip than average. I use a wrap, and than the skin bunches up around the glans, and I get discomfort. I may try it again at some point, but it tends to put pressure on a big vein as well. The vac I can hang for 30mins, although I definitely had to get used to it, and get a wrap down for this as well. Is 1hr a day enough? 2 30 min sets...
