hey guys im dong jp90 routine,but people told me here i could adapt it for my length objectives,i am thinking of doing it like this (50 jelqs+30 sec btc stretch+helicopter shakes+ 30 sec ball stretch)(repeat 3 times),and so i would increase gradually jelqs and time.
so what do yiu gys think,since im new i would.liket know i if those exercises are appropriate,what could i add any suggestions thanks
 
I'd advise you to leave this routine far behind and start doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Not only will it cindition you dick to become stronger and reay for more intense exercises, but will also target different angular Penis Enlargement in a very good way. But if you insist on doing this- my best advice would be to use the "DLD Blaster principle"which advocates PC muslce tiring before exercise for maximum stretch and minimum involuntary (defensive) kegels. Learn how to kegel and reverse kegel and tire your PC before you start your stretching rouitne. That would make you gain meters of length rofl. I would tell you some other exercises, but for a newbie that should be enough :)
 
You've got jelqs for basic loosening of the tunica and fibers, btc is one of Dlds top 2 most effective stretches, and rotary/cranks are the other.

Now, making sure, there's a difference between helis and rotaries.
Helis are just swinging your penis around by its own weight. If you've got a adult entertainment sized penis that might be a good warmup loosening move.
Rotaries are a stretch where you're pulling away from body with hand grip but cranking in a big circle as you do. Rotaries are effective.

Ball stretch if you have shrinking sack issues and want it to hang lower then yes.

My routine for length is in my links below. Don't need the tools just look at the basic stretches... its packed with stretches in every direction, extra focus on btc and rotaries, uses the blasters principle, and its easy to add more time to each stretch as you gain experience and your penis gets used to the torture we Penis Enlargement guys put them thru.

All of these advise doing length session and a seperate girth session at a different time of day.

So maybe do your stretch length stuff at one time, and jelq in a girth session another time of day?
 
For beginners routine should include 10 minutes for penis warm up, 5 minutes for basic stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing
 
The jelqing is in number, not in time. That's what made the routine very long for me. Since I was losing my erection every 20 jelqs or so and had to resume my erection and continue. It really depends :)

Buy the length master brother. Manual stretches works but it's old school now.
