My penis used to do what it wanted when it wanted. Sometimes it'd show, others it'd grow.

After starting PE started becoming a bit more of a shower, at least more often than not I'd hang 50-60% of my erect size. Then I had to stop and get hernia surgery. Ever since then (over 2 months now) I'm showing a lot more. I seem to be 60% all the time, sometimes 70%.

I guess since I've never been a true grower I've never understood why guys would care either way. Since becoming more of a shower I now understand how it feels good to whip out a 3-4" flaccid penis at the urinal. Even though you know it's not full size at that moment it's still nice to see a larger penis in your hand.

Your erect size will increase too and you can translate flaccid to erect gains by doing erect stretches

PE in general will do the changes for you. There is no specific exercise in my opinion. Just make gains from PE and it will happen automatically.
