I've still yet to give Penis Enlargement a fair shot--some 4-5 years after learning about it.

Various reasons/excuses.
Mainly it is tough to fit it in for reasons anyone reading this forum already know.

Anyway, I have been jelqing 5-7 days a week (5 sets of 100 jelqs/day) since Oct. 1.
Thats about half as long as I have ever gone consistently.

No length/size goal initially. That has always discouraged me in the past. I won't measure for 3 months.

hey habit...so you are ready to finally buckle down and really start pe...that's good...it is very good to keep a log to keep you motivated and to track progress...as you know consistency and dedication is the key...we all have our moments when we put pe on the back burner for a while...i went over a year without exercising..but as long as you come back to it and put in a considerable amount of time you should be fine...good luck with staying consistent and gaining.

by the way when i first started i measured every few months too...didn't see the point in weekly measurements...you are just gonna drive yourself crazy with that ruler.

Skipped both (was unexpectedly scheduled to work Saturday and had to pick up an early shift today)

Day 4
Jelq 5x100 -- Oddly I had trouble today towards the end of my last 3 sets... after the day before off.
Stretching (bout to start) guestimating 30 mins.

Nadda.

I got in a fight with my roommate/friend/etc and decided to move out. So I said fuck it to the gym and everything else and went out to get drunk... will resume 2morrow.

Again nothing. I was dead tired when I got off work and slept through to the following morning.

Day 7
Today.
Jelq 5x100
Stretching 30 mins.

Saturday/Sunday are moving day, and early next week I expect to adjust to my new place... find out what privacy/time I have to fit things in.
 
Hey mate, keep up the log. Its a real incentive to people like myself who have also known about Penis Enlargement for a few years now but have never knuckled down.

One thing I will say is that after just ONE intense Jelq&stretch session, lasting about 1hr and a half total... my errections came straight back to how they were 2-3years ago before i found my love of beer!

I'm on here to post that I won't be doing Penis Enlargement tonight or tomorrow because I'm running back and forth from a storage locker and have to be at the office early tomorrow... then halloween!

Although its day 8 of this log I have been doing this roughly a month now with no more then a day off between sessions so a few days rest may help things.

I'll update again saturday,

Hey dude, a Halloween tonight! Lets get wasted! Gettin wasted sounds more fun than throwing eggs or trick or treating.

Il probs have a night off aswell 2night, I hope to find a party to goto!

Jus for a quick update, I warmed up for about 10mins last night using a cup with some bloody hot water in it, simpley held it tight against my fatty pad with me penis inside it.

I then Jelq'd for a good 30mins or so, managed to get a few little spots so im obvs doing right to my edge which cant be bad, I then did some stretches and tried out some DLD Blasters but my cock was a bit fatigued after the 20mins of stretching as it was like 3am or so by the time i hit the sack.

Lets keep this log alive!
 
I didn't feel right going to bed without updating;
which is a good thing, even though I skipped Penis Enlargement (planned off day).

I really like how this log is going. It's keeping me honest.
I thought I missed 2-3 out of 9 days, but really there have been 5 missed out of 9.
Thats just motivation to do better.

Anyone who said Penis Enlargement is mental is right on. Without this log I could have gone another month thinking I was putting in 5/6 days out of 7 and saw little to no results.

I WILL NOW START KEEPING DAILY LOGS ON MY COMPUTER AND POSTING THEM ALL IN ONE POST WEEKLY.
 
Good luck bro, Penis Enlargement is a fuckin mind thing lol when i dont do it i fell like SHIT something is missing in my life, than i think about the log i have on here which motivates me to get on it!
 
i know it could be difficult but sometimes you just have to do something during the day because if you don't that day of no pe turns into two then a week...it is real easy to fall out of doing your exercises...and keeping a log will keep you honest...but if you can only stretch for ten minutes a day...that is better than not doing anything at all...try to get something in during the day so you can have something to report...good luck
 
It's funny...

one month without computer access = a month missed for me.
Granted I was working 7x12+ since the first, but that's a month of missed progress.

Anyway, I'm back after it.
