i've done up to 1,000 on a 7 day 0 off and never had an injury...that is why you start off at 300 to condition yourself for more later on
 
I have a question. Is it better to do jelqs/ulis/squeezes in short shifts through the day (say morning, evening, night each @ 20 mins).. or is it better to do a marathon session (2 hrs) in 1 sitting? I've noticed that I lose erection levels when I do marathon sessions (comes down to 70 or 50% towards the end). what say?
 
well, I do my jelqs/uli/squeezes all in a 1 hour and 30 minute package, but I do the stretches and kegals every morning when im in the shower, and every night when im in the shower before I goto bed.
 
I think the best time to do girth work is at night right before u go to bed.Girth work for me was extremely intense u gotta get enough rest afterwards.I'm not sure if Red or DLD remember but i had did my girth routine right before my girl and I had sex.One of the biggest mistakes i made in my life,i was about to cum and shot out a lil blood.That shit freaked me out so much i jumped on the forum with the quickness and they all told me that u got to get a substanial amount of rest before u get down.Anyone here trying to get girth gains i sugesst that u dry jelque downwards and straight out.Start at 300 then work ur way up,make sure u do em real slow.

I just started a new era in my girth work. I'm doing, for instance, 20 minutes of Ulis/SSJs (50 second holds, 10 seconds to get back up to 100%), 10 minutes chilling in the constrictor, rest 30 minutes while I massage, edge, etc. I'm doing 4 sets of this which equals to be about 3 and a half hours with about 80 minutes of hard work. I know it's hard to find the time to do that, but my erection levels are always top notch and I get a lot better expansion with less fluid than marathon sessions.
