i think you are doing it wrong.....you are supposed to squeeze the glans and not press down....
if you wanna try something else then try doing these with a cokcring or shoelace tied at base.........HOOOLY SHIIIT !!!! see the expoansion then ....

Perhaps if you use a tight OK grip behind the glans and push inward.but I fine these better anyway as a tight OK grip behind the glans just tends to slip on me. Squeezing the glans will not get as good expansion as these Hehe. I never thought of trying these with a cockring ill have to try a cock ring behind the balls :p.

Thanks guys. Ya I'm trying to exercise at least 5 days a week and a decent diet. Thanks acromegaly now if i only hand the length to go with it.I did pump not long before this video so its alittle thicker than normal. But these slow squash jelqs did help in girth.

You are correct, the original version uses this method, I should know I created it:) But, as you said, there are many variations on the exercise that are just as good.
