QUICK QUESTION,Is the tunica the outside chambers of the penis?

Im a fitness guy and from my research on why guys in the gym dont make gains is because they are not strecthing there fascia tissue out. We all have 3 layers of fascia tissue. The layer I will be discussing about is the last last layer. This one is the closest to the muscle keeping the muscle pressed tightly against the bone to prevent any injury. BUT this some tissue can prevent muscle gains if it is not stretch slighty to make more room for new muscle.Picture trying to stuff a pillow in a case too small,you need a bigger case. some of us are born with more pliable fascia tissue(the fuckers you see who dont work any harder than the next guy but still are huge as fuck). there are 3 ways to stretch this tissue(heat,pumping muscle with blood forcing the strech,and good old fashion stretching). I know some principles are used in Penis Enlargement with puming,clamping,and the hot wraps. Is there a layer in the penis prevent Penis Enlargement gains?

If so,I would think this would prevent girth gains,can someone explain anything if they know the secret to girth gains?
 
Guys also dont make gains the gym because they are grosely overtrained and use archaic methods but I see your point and to answer you on this regarding the penis I dont know and probably its an area never covered in Penis Enlargement so thanks for bringing it up as I dont think dld has even touched on something like this. I know the penis is covered in a very strong sheath called the tunicae which as we know is very strong and hard to stretch.

The secret to girth gains are to keep pushing your maximum engorgement eachtime more and more while allowing ample rest time between workouts.
This is exactly what I did and the gains are superb. Its simple, guys complicate this too much and it needn't be so, just keep expanding more and more on your girth sessions eachtime and keep it intense, like when you stretch further and further its the same but your trying to expand more and more which will equal you being able to hold that volume longer.

try horse squeezes followed by clamping.
