I've watched that video, it's about an hour long and DLD in the video showing wet jelqs, bends, basic stretching, and few more exercises but I can't remember exactly what is it...

ill be sure to let you know when i purchase, i just assumed that the online program would contain the same content as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] ...
