Since I joined, I might as well share my log of gains and routines that I've done. I do take ProSolution pills along with exercises.

I started with a very simple 5 day routine:
Hot wrap
Stretch for 15 seconds S.O., left, right (4 reps each)
Jelq for 3 minutes
Hot wrap

My current routine is still pretty simple and 5 days on:
Hot wrap
5 reps of stretch down 15 seconds, hold stretched and rotate to left for 30 seconds.
Do the same to the right
Stretch up twice for a minute each time.
Sometimes I do long schlong heli's or squat stretches too, but normally not.
Jelq for 10 minutes (or a little more to get to 200 3+ second strokes)
10 Uli's
10 Horse440's if I'm up for it
Hot/cold wrap ... hot for 30 seconds, cold for 30 seconds, hot 30 secs, cold 30 secs and then hot for a full minute.

uli's and horses have really helped my girth after it had stalled early into my progress.

Hot/cold wrap didn't start until about a week ago. Thanks for all of the positive feedback. Part of the reason for the earliest gains may have been that I quit smoking Dec. 2002, cut back on caffeine, and my dick used to be around 6" when I was 18 (am 26 now). Other than that I just try to be positive, stop exercises if I feel pain and try not to masturbate too much with all this increased testosterone. I've tried edging the past few days and did great at it the first day and the last two I just couldn't hold it off for more than a few minutes. Guess I better start doing more kegels.

Today was measuring day though:
1/21/04: 6.75x4.875"

I took one 4-5 day break around mid-December, am going to take another around mid-February.

all have effects on this IMHO.
Dont do any of the above and you'll increase the success rate.
 
I had done the same exact routine for around a month and a half, so I'm changing it. I took Tuesday off (didn't have time anyways between work and pool league). Then I took Wednesday and Thursday off as well. Today I just kind of stretched wherever the hell I wanted to stretch and for however long I wanted. It was actually kind of fun.

Wound up doing about 3 minutes worth of squat stretching, left and right stretching I'm doing at 10 o'clock now so that it works the tunica more. I stretched upwards for at least 4 minutes and did about 2 minutes of rotary cranks. Those are great to do at the end so you can get worked up for jelqing. Total stretch time was probably bumped up to about 15-17 minutes. I don't think I'll have any set schedule for stretching anymore, just whatever I feel like doing.

Jelqing was same as usual, 200 jelqs. When I got to the Horse440s though I decided to try holding my last kegal throughout the rest of the exercise. Wow, I think I've been doing these wrong the whole time because with kegalling and holding the kegal for about 15 seconds it gets me real nice and plump. I was too worn out from those to work on the erection to do Uli's. I think I'll be mixing these in after every 20 jelqs so I can still be good to go when it comes time to do some Uli's at the end. I've also been toying with edging lately, but don't know if that'll stay a part of my routine or not.
 
2/4/04:

EG: 4.93"

I took tuesday, wednesday and thursday off this week. Then on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday I did workouts that seemed a little longer and a little more intense than usual. Great workouts nonetheless and I am almost to my initial goal before I started to Penis Enlargement ... 7x5.

Both are so damn close to 7x5 but just not close enough to call 7x5. I'm measuring today so that I can measure at the beginning and end of my week off. I need to take a break since it has been over 3 months of hard work and my last two girth sessions were more along the thinking lines of "work twice as hard, get twice the gains", but we all know where that mindset leads people. A break is necessary and I have the discipline to not make it a permanent break.
 
Great gains ladida, maybe i should pay more attention to the hot wrap and at least quit smoking...Hydromaxm but im not sure i can make it, tried it several times...for now im happy that i have quit smoking weed.
 
Thanks LilD ... I had to go to a seminar this weekend and get 3 days of jail thrown out from my DUI. I learned just how much weed impacts your level of impairment when mixed with alcohol. I think I'm quitting smoking weed too now. Probably a good thing to do anyways. :)

BS for life!...lol Well have stopped for this Penis Enlargement stuff and haven't smoked since (only 1 or 2 joints) compared too 2-3 blunts per day. But can't wait till about 3 months I miss smokin...Never been a drinker.
 
Today would normally be measuring day, but I'm switching to once a month. That'll be better for the motivation.

Still haven't smoked out and drinking has been dramatically (can actually find wallet and keys). :)

It's April 23rd and I measure 7" x 5.3". I took a month off of Penis Enlargement back in March, started back up around the first or second week of April and have just been doing 200 dry jelqs and 200-300 wet jelqs per day. I had sort of hit a standstill before the break and have been able to gain a good quarter inch in girth and get to a solid 7" rather than an almost 7" now.

Nothing to scoff at! .7 is almost an inch you did not have 7 months ago...GOOD WORK!
