Downward stretching, behind the cheek stretching and hanging all add a ton of girth. I had to stop hanging because I felt it was adding too much base girth.
 
Also may I add that Uli's will add base girth if done a few inches away from the pubic region along the shaft, so when the erection is in action that blood is being engorged at a short point nearer to the body so the base region is engorged more .... hope that makes sense.

Clamping aka constrictors help but this isnt for newbies, so stay well clear!
 
I feel like I could add base girth in a jiffy if I needed to, did you find it was a lot harder gaining girth in the '2nd' half and head girth RED? That's pretty much the only thing I'm workin on right now...

Hi. No I didnt find it actually harder gaining girth in any portion of my penis, but noticed that the base does fill up quicker and faster .... it seems to grow easier for me and faster, maybe thats what your seeing?

I would suggest trying horse squeezes clamped while paying attention to engorge the region that your having problems with. Dont have the base engorged, focus it all on the other portions.

The head girth is much easier. Simply get really erect and jelq upwards about 10-20 times towards the head, SLOWLY does it but keep very erect. Do it clamped if you are into that.

After 10-20 movements your penis head will be hard and you'll notice it bigger, redder and see certain markings and bumps on it that you dont normally see which is normal and aint anything to worry about. You may also feel some slight pain or discomfort in the head from the extra pressure, but dont worry.

Now after that last movement, HOLD the movement stationary just below the head and sqeeze tight too but dont overdo.

Hold that position for 15 seconds and than release and repeat the whole thing again 10 times or more if you like but again dont go mad.

This helped me get a larger head and Its a 'slight' variation of the Tao head exercise of the same principle.

Anotherthing I reckon would be good is one of those head pumps. Never used one but I think that could give permanent results if used alongside the head method I just discussed.
