I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about (3) years. The 1st 6 months I had respectable gains of .5 inch in length and .25 in girth. The next 1.5 years I gained another .5 inches in length and .5 inches in girth. Granted, I have not had a diligent routine, but I always managed to do some form of Penis Enlargement 3-5 times a week. There is no one in hell any stretcher on the market can pull harder than my grip or a bib hanger period. Who gives a rats ass about a longer limp penis. We do this for a bigger erect unit to
fill that pussy up with a big summer sausage. I have even contemplated the dreadful penile surgery, only to find out I am going to have to wear a stretcher for (6) months and run the risk of a botched procedure. No Thank You, I'll just keep pulling, jelqing, squeezing, clamping and whatever else I can find will help me reach my goal. Which brings me to the Blue Whale thread on the Mandingo Stretch. I swear I did this stretch for (2) days and about shit my pants when I measured my BPSFL afterward. I measured 8". Curious, I decide to work up a nice woody and I was near 7" NBPenis EnlargementL. Thats a full 1/2 inch in (2) f***ing days. I was stuck, but not anymore. Onward and upward. Peace. Out.

If pulling force was the E-ticket, you could just mount your dick to a tractor trailer and tell the driver to take off.

The stretchers are for a long-term lighter force (protracted tension) so that remodeling tissues heal in a longer state.

They work, especially after other Penis Enlargement methods - for the healing/remodelling process.

I started experimenting with this stretch a couple of days ago and gained 3 mm in erect length. Doesn´t seem like much but after years of not gaining it´s good to see something happening down there at all.

I can´t tell for sure if it´s because of the new stretch or because of a decon break I just came off.

But one thing I can tell is that incorporating this stretch just a couple of minutes a day ( I do it everytime I go to the restroom) gives me a longer and thicker flaccid and a lot of spontaneous "engorgements" throughout the day.

My intent of this thread was to share that I am gaining again after a year with no gains. It was not intended to bash anyones Penis Enlargement methods. Those are
just personal opinions of mine. Everyone has there own methods for gaining.
I am just trying to point out that Blue Whales mandingo stretch help me break through a barrier and may help others like me break through their barriers and work towards their goals.
 
what was your routine with this stretch over the two days? and did you do it as shown in the pictures in the main "mandingo stretch" thread?

I did around 10-15 reps rocking the stretch occasionaly to release and increase tension during the stretch on both days. My ligs were sore on my pubic bone, so I took today off. When the ligs are sore, that is good my friends. I also should mention I did some between the cheeks with the the lig grab and pull with foot up on counter that Blue Whale mentioned in his other thread. If there are newbies out there reading this thread, dont jump ahead and cheat yourselves out of all possible gains. Stick to DLDs phase 1 and get all the gains you can get, then proceed to blasters and A stretch and all that other good stuff from DLD. Not to mention, you may hurt yourself. I like what SWM mentioned in a post though awhile back. Something like if it is not sore,
or your penis doesn't feel fatigued after Penis Enlargement, your just playing with yourself.
And yes you will have some battle scars, fluid buildup, blood blisters, red dots,
thrombosed vein (YIKES) and other stuff you have seen posted on this forum.

Thx man for kind words i appreciate it.I am not that surprised with your gains i had a similar begining with this 2 exercises.Consistency is the key.Do Mandingo and the Mother of all stretches on a consistant basis and you will reach all your goals its all up to you.
