After my first month with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and doing no stretches I gained 1/8 in length.

I'm pretty jazzed about it!

But per DLD's advice I will start back on my stretches but I just thought it was interesting.

I ordered the comfort rings from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] site because I didn't like the vasoline (it works but it gets everywhere).

I placed the order on the 8th. Today is the 11th and I got them! Super quick shipping! Very happy!

Did you use it everyday with no rest days? And how long were the sessions?

Im currently doing 20 minutes 1nce each day ( 2 on 1 off repeat)

And dam man, congratz.. I hope to see those gains :)
 
I'm trying to follow the routine outlined in the manual: 6 days on 1 day off; 20 minutes per session.

After 2 weeks I started to incorporate some manual girth exercises with it per DLD's suggestions and I would go 2 days combined (girth and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]) then just [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]; again 2 days both ect.

Not always perfect following schedule but that's my goal anyway.

Do what you can and don't new hard on yourself. Your routine looks good and you will gain well with constancy. If you have an off day, well it happens. The best way to see it is doing a good job for today, all the tomorrows will work out!

It's easy to get down on myself and I have to fight that at times, but generally speaking my philosophy is how you stated it. Don't beat myself up and just continue on.

It's official I am in love with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]! After another month I gained 1/8 in length making that 1/4 in length in 2 months!!

In addition to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I'm doing a stretch routine inspired by DLD's hitting all the spots. Changing up exercises for me prevents soreness while increasing my workout time and I don't get bored!

I do expression stretches; Mandingo stretch; A stretch blasters; BTC's; and Long Schlong base stretches (Lsb's): focusing my grip at the base rather than at the glans.

When I do the Lsb's and the Expression stretches I get a great pull on the ligs and it's the same pull I get when I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] which might explain why I'm gaining length with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Again thanks DLD for your great advice! I havent gained 1/4 in in 2 months since 2008! You know what you're tallking about and you care! You're not selfish and I just think that's rare today and I think that's why you are so well respected too.

Could I share your Expression stretches at another forum I'm involved with? Of course I will give full credit to you!

I got up to 180 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] couple days ago and seem to be strong in the 170 and over mark throughout the workout.

I'm hoping this means I've gained more in length but I'll see.

Have you been including the Expressive Stretching? What other stretches have you been doing? I want to get you gaining!
 
Ok well last month regarding stretching was tough because of work and family things so I can see why I had not gained.

I went from 6 days a week the previous month to only 2 days a week last month. Still I was faithful 6 days a week to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] plus pumping up more than before so I felt I may have gained again by the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

My length workouts went from 22 minutes per workout with an average of 129 minutes a week to 19 minutes per workout to only 38 minutes a week. (actual workout time)

I do the expressive stretches and I really feel a lig pull plus I do Long Schlong pulls at the base using my other hand as a fulcrum around the bulb and I feel it's just another expressive stretch, just different. With both I get about 7 minutes every workout.

I do the Blue Whale Mandingo, A stretch, or blasters if you will as I do reverse pc's with them and the BTC stretch which I augmented to gripping towards the base as close as I can which gives me an intense pull.

I'm still shooting for 10 minutes of the Blue Whale, 10 of the A and 10 of the Btc's after warming up with the Expressive stretches but so far I'm getting about 8 minutes of each.

My plan which I started today is to have a 15 minute workout (always actual workout time); I got 11 minutes today: 3 min Blue Whale; 4 min with the A and 2 min with the btc; 2 min Expressive.
I wore the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap most the day, did some rotaries but work got real hectic.

I was planning on doing more exercises when I got home but I worked late doing my side business. It will be busy for me 3 days a week after work until October.

My goal was to have at the end of the day: 10 Blue Whales; 10 A's; 10 Btc's; 4 Expressives; and 5 Expressive Long Schlongs. Then to finish the day with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for about 20 - 25 minutes.

I know it's probably not recommended but I seem to be able to handle 25 to 30 minutes really well.

So that's it in a nutshell
 
Sounds like a solid, progressive plan. Don't rush yourself in increases, take your time and move when you feel ready. Good luck my friend!
