Full erection for 8 hours straight, would it get bigger?

If you could somehow maintain a full erection for 8 hours you can expect some extreme pain. After awhile your penis may become damaged as well.

I know when I first started Penis Enlargement on my off days Id wake up and be hard for 4 hours and it hurt like a bastard. So 8 is really ridiculous in my opinion.
 
There's a condition called priapism in which your penis stays hard for many hours at a time and you can't do anything about it. No amount of jacking off or anything can help. There have been cases reported of priapism resulting in a "megalophallus," or big penis, but this is usally patients with sickle-cell anemia. So the short answer is maybe, but you'd be way better off devoting some time every day and doing the exercises. ;)

The answer is yes and no with some reservations. If you actually did succeed in maintaining an erection for that long you would indeed have priapism and that's not a good thing. See, priapism happens when the outflow of blood from the penis is hampered (usually by some kind of obstruction of the hormonal processes that regulate these things) so you'd get a stale blood supply that wouldn't leave the penis. When that happens, large-scale cell death typically starts to occur after about 3 hours. (For a "normal" erection lasting over 3 hours the cell death doesn't occur because the blood flow is normal, that is, in-flow and out-flow work as they should. But those erection are rare and rarely at a continually high erection level to allow for any increase in size.) The reason that sickle-cell anemia patients do not suffer from the cell death associated with priapism (at least not to any large degree compared to non-sickle cell patients) is that their condition isn't hormonal but a side-effect of their overproduction of red blood cells which decrease the viscosity of the blood.

So although the condition of priapism could increase the size of the penis, the cell death associated with it (unless you happen to have sickle-cell anemia which is no fun in itself) could render the penis "dead" in a sense.

I have been having 3-4 hour erections at night while trying to sleep but these erections are like 90% level and I don't think they would result in any growth simply because I believe the level must be above 100% for growth. There may be some healthy side effects, however, that contribute to growth such as better oxygenation and so forth. I personally consider night erections to be an excellent indicator that you are not over training or under training.
 
I usually have erections while i sleep, because everytime i wake and then sleep on, i got a boner. But i have never suffered from priapism, it just me who are horney even if the dreams doesnt contain any nudity or anything :P

But i think you could grow if you had say like full erection 3-4hours, if having that everyday. But goodluck to get it without the disea or u can use lucid dreaming.
 
The 4 hour ones I useto get wen I started my girth excercises useto hurt pretty bad. The first 2 hours were ok but then after that it really started to hurt. I would try everything and still would be hard as rock... ended up having to put my willie in ice water.. hahaha
 
Will it get bigger after 8 hours? Yes if it happens on a regular basis! But as it's been said, it is very painful in the later hrs. You could in fact make it bigger in say like in a 2-4 hrs erection, but this is only in a controlled way. You must find a way to get erect, and stay erect for 2-4 hrs, and you must apply DHT to your unit during this time. You also need to utilize a few exercises during the erection, such as balooning, edging, different types of girth work! When you hear of some men experienceing priapism, it is very painful if it last for a few hours! And also most men that have this condition, also have freaky cocks. They only get these freaky cocks, after having frquent episodes of priapism! Who knows how big you could get if you had the priapism, and applied balooning edging etc. I think that for the most part, it is very painful, and these men count the minutes away hopeing that their units go limp, and the pain goes away!

Ya I remember counting away those minutes. Its not the kind of experience I think anyone would want to inflict on themselves purposely. After the first 2 hours it starts to really hurt.

Do you get this very often? Have you ever tried to Penis Enlargement during an erection such as this? Serious question! I'm not taking the piss, I'm just very curious that's all.

Sickle cell anemia is a genetic disease most common in black males. The name comes from the shape of the blood cells. Instead of being basically round, the cells are half moon shaped. As a result they don't flow smoothly through the blood vessels and also don't function efficiently. That's about all I know about it though. A friend of mine in Florida has a son with sickle cell. It's not something you would want to have. There are numerous complications that result from it, too many to list here.
