hey fellow p.e. brothers im new here just posted a couple of times but ive been doing p.e. on and off for about a year and a half started with the basics and got good at it so my current measurement is 8.5 length and 5.25 girth yes!!! skinny dick is what i am and its terrible i got but anyways im trying gain at leat an inch of girth and thats what i have been doing in the last month and a half but guys i have gotten not even a milimeter of results and i hate it it is so frustrating and demotivating that it makes me wanna give up and stop but i know i cant because i want results and im addicted to results and i personally take this goal of mine to heart...but anyways a lil detail i do around 10 min stretches 100-400 jelqs 5-10 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] 5-15 5 sec kegal holds and 15-30 min clamp session in the same workout....i would like advice and experiences from all the veterans on here all advice is welcomed if you could help me out guy that would be awesome thanks
