I've been pe'ing for a couple years now and have seen a great improvement in flaccid length, but not much in erect length. I know that flaccid gains are supposed to turn into erect gains if your consistant but this hasn't been the case for me. I stretch the hell out of the little guy too, for about an half hour a session. I used to stretch everyday but backed off to 5 on 2 off because I wasn't making any progress in about a half year. Still no results. I feel like I've gotten all I can out of flaccid stretching. I've been thinking about coming up with a new routine of all erect stretches and bends, what do you guys think? Any other suggestions, possible exercises or anything. Please I'm desprate.
 
after reading through a bunch of posts I've come up with a possible reason for my lack of erect gains. I've always premarily focused on lig stretches, are they only really good for flaccid gains because that would explain a lot. Let me know guys.
 
Many guys swear by manual stretches....I on the other hand was never very excited by or into them with any great enthusiasm. I have achieved most of my length gains from hanging. Do a search for my hanging threads if you want to know more.

what exactly are lig stretches, and tunica?

I'm no expert...but I believe lig stretches are low-angled stretches that target the ligaments attached to the base of the penis which can cause your penis to be "tugged" back, and the tunica stretches are more straight out stretches that stretch the tough sheath that the sponges are wrapped in....the thought is if that the tunica can be stretched and increased in size, than the spongy tissues will have room to grow...
 
Thanks for the input everyone. I've tried hanging with a homemade hanger(cable clamp, some rope, and freeweights), but i cant put much weight on without the device sliding off the end of my dick it also stretches the hell out of my skin which gets kinda painful. I know if I'm interested I should invested the time or money in a real hanger. Are these problems normal? Any advice?
 
same thing happend me the otherday, when i started hanging some weights, i find that a more of a tight wrap is required to prevent the gauze and tape to slip off of my dick, even though i sometimes it feels a little too tight, but i guess its not too tight since my penis didnt turn out purple after a 30 minute session, so heres to good news i hope.
 
jelq, jelq, try wet jelqing its the best and most simple exerciseand brings home the bacon when it comes to erect length gains
 
Have you tried the bundled stretches? I'm doing cranks (rotators) now--bundled--along with blasters and footlongs, and I am getting an immediate half inch temporary gain flaccid stretch.
