i used to train 5 days the week and rest for 2 days.
i do a basic routine.
20 mins jelq, dry
10 mins kegel
10 mins rev kegel
15 minutes stretches into all directions
some sets hanging (bib hänger, 2,5kg atm)
and wear and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for the rest of the day (penimaster, similar to fastsize, but dif holding device)
in my old routine i encoutered problems with the frequency. at the last days the jelqs didnt work well. this was before i added the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
i wanted to change the routine frequency, but i dno which one i should use. 4on 1off or 3on 1off were the ones i was not sure about. what would you say?
and another question:
i did a break for 2 months and now i wander what a good time is to start with tunica specific stretches again. what would you suggest? i think about some rather light ones.
note: a-stretch is getting a problem due to too much fsl.
