For those who do constrictors

Hey guys I have been gone for awhile due to personal things but i am back and i am going to get started again. For those of you that do constrictors for your girth routine do you guys do anything else or do you just stick to constrictors? Also do you guys do any warming up (i.e. heat,jelqs,etc...) before you start your constrictor workout?
I am going to start doing constrictors on a 1 day on 1day off routine with my off days consisting of wet jelqs. Since i have taken a couple months off i am going to start back slow with only 15min of constrictors on my on days and 300 wet jelqs on my off days and slowly work both of them up over time.
Do you guys think this is a good girth routine?
 
I have done just constrictors on their own and it worked great.
Soon I will be doing a multi-routine which has pumping and constrictors in which IMHO works better.
I dont warm up before or after, but I should do.
A good girth routine would be something you like, so you like constrictors...do you like jelqs, pumps, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], horses etc etc than add them into your plan of attack.
Do short sessions such as 30-45 minutes...no more needed unless your going the pump route whereby you need extra time in the pump.
Make it intense, push it to the limit and give it your best shot....but dont go too far and know your limits, but dont be afraid to push far.
Keep consistant and have patience, dedication helps and after 6 months at least you should have some permanent gains.
The days you do it on i.e 1 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off are your choice.
What has worked for you in the past? than use that, if nothing worked well in the past than I would say start on 5 on 2 off but if your getting back into Penis Enlargement or are a lazy Penis Enlargement'er than start the 1 on 1 off and build from their.
If your very dedicated and enthusiastic than go for 7 on zero off.....your choice.
After one month you'll know wether that plan suites you and if it doesnt than you can trim it to other days.
 
Thanks Red, I have done constrictors in the past and love them. I have made some decent gains in the past but being off for awhile made me lose a little b/c i don't think the gains were cemented in. Thanks for the advice.
 
I found personally first 3 months of constrictors 1 off 1 on, 2-3 on 1 off , inconsistantly it didnt matter. I managed to gain .5 inches in 3 months. Since then since feburary though , that didnt work out and Im just not realizing that. I still managed to gain 1/8 of a inch though. I find now i need to go almost every day and hit it hard. Good thing is the gains look like they will be coming fast.
 
i constricted for 3 months.. gained about .2" girth... nothing big, though im starting it again, .. another .2" and then ill be happy.. i think
