It takes a good solid month of eating healthy to make it a habit. For me it has been about 3 weeks being on my current diet which is a mic of the mediterranean diet mixed with AIM's diet advice. I eat mainly fish, vegetable, nuts and fruit. I supplement with protein bars to get in meals where I usually would not because of my rushed schedule. I am getting more and more used to it and once I have made this a habit I will get more involved with exercise. I have not seen any
weight loss but I do see more muscle, which is a good sign. I would not mind being 220 (as I am) if it were all muscle. I used to be about that
weight when I owned my old gym and I looked great at 220 when it was all muscle. 220 in my condition today does not have the same beauty
I may adjust my goal to be 190 and work not only on the HIT workouts but also get some
weight training in. I have given up on rushing anything, it was only causing me stress. Now I just look to cement these habits and get myself to a healthy
weight and lose the fucking fat pad! I miss seeing my dick
