First I wasn't even sure what people were talking about when they mentioned fluid buildup and such. Yesterday evening I decided to try 6 sets of 6 mins of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with a minute of rest between. After I was finished I noticed a large ring between the head of my penis and my foreskin. Like something had put a thick tire around it. I was freaking the hell out. My penis looked ugly as heck. In few hours the bumpiness moved to my skin and before I went to bed ended up looking like a thick even skin around my penis and the head looked like it was sucked dry. Made me worry quite a bit. Luckily the next morning it looked pretty normal. Head might look a bit thinner but could be imagining. I don't know if diet effects it but I was drinking lot of soda and eating chocolate so my sugars were lot higher than normal.
Are there long term effects of having fluids build up while doing exercises? Should you just wait it to disappear or help it some way? Any long term experiences with it?
