I've been messing around with erect stretching, I like it and it gets a good burn but have any of you cut out flaccid stretching altogether and only do erect stretches? If so has there been any gains and what type of routine or workouts do you do?

doublelongdaddy;681415 said:I would not say pointless, with enough strength erect stretching can bring gains but it takes a lot of intensity. Erect stretching is more geared towards closing the gap between BPEL and BPFL. Flaccid stretching or tool use goes to gaining length.
