I feel ya brother. I went back to some old threads and dld would say what used to be some erect exprdessive stretches would help bring out the erect gains from flaccid. Im waiting to hear a response if that method is still endorsed or just continue with your same program and those flaccid gains will show up on the erect side in a month. But seeing flaccid gains before erect has been experienced for years. Review fedoras log and you can collow his flaccid gains cement into erect for an example.
Bpfl
Bpel
Flaccid lenght
Erect lenght
It always has it always will.
When you start to see improvements in the bp part. Just stay dedicated and soon after the results will transfer to the rest of the measurements.
See it like this:
You have a house. You wanna build a second floor.
First you build a scaffolding around the house. And now it appears bigger when you look at it (this is the bonepressured)
Then you start to build the actual shell of the building and now it appears big in natural size (this is the flaccid)
Now you will make a floor a roof and everything and it is done and the house has now increased in size (erect lenght)
Right now you have build your scaffolding around the house and your thinking: naah this is never gonna workout.
You have started the project now finish it.
Vital to girth! Working anywhere below 80% is pretty much wasting time. In order for girth to happen we need to be pushing our size beyond the 100% mark. If we can get say 30% expansion in a routine and we are training at 80% erect we are getting 10% expansion above the 100 mark. This is very important. If you train at 70% erect and get the same expansion you will only be bringing yourself to the 100% mark, meaning no expansion.
For me, I never set short term expectations. I give any form of PE 6 months before looking out for gains. I avoid the ruler and tailor tape until 6 months.
What I suggest is, measure on the day you want to start your PE. After that measurement, I dispose the ruler and the tailor tape. I buy new ones after 6 months of training. I dispose them again after measuring.

That is perfectly okay, as i've said before, you should measure every 3 to 6 months. I still think it's important to measure every day your girth after your session, so you can make sure you're gaining.

i did the same thing about every 6 months. I would completely destroy my rulers and any other measuring devices So I wasn't tempted to measure. This worked perfectly fine for me.
Exactly 100% truth. If you measure every day, you're going to become so obsessed and depressed, trying to track such small measurements is silly. Wait until 3 to 6 months.
