first measurment in a while

well, i been doing pe, lost 16lbs, now i measure at 8 inches, from 7 last time..now time for girth

i find i still look small, ha..but i mearured correctly..been doin this for 2 years and a little bit now..lots of stretching..

You'll do fine. There are so many great exercises for gaining girth. Trial and error will determine what works best for you.

my fat was hiding almost 2 inches, i wasnt fat, but had a good fat pad...i was always pushing it back,,lol...i look at the ruler it looks big, i thin because of a curve i have thats why it looks smaller to me than 8 inches..hope 8 is a good size...i had girls say i had a small one when it was a hair under 7...
