I would like feedback from anyone who has tried a super intense program. I am conditioning to start this program in about 6 weeks.

Morning- 10 minutes heating pad warmup, 5 minutes light jelqing, 4x15 minute hanging sets, 10 minutes break/light jelqing between sets, warmdown

Evening-10 minutes heating pad warmup, 90 minutes jelqing.

My main goal for the summer is to gain at least 1" length, 0.5" girth. So far I've gained 0.75" length and about 0.5" girth in 4 months of light to moderate work. I keep reading about how all the biggest gainers (BIB, DLD, samzman), did hours of work a day at the beginning.

I did about an hour of jelqing and stretching alone today, and I can feel a small amount of soreness, which has been missing lately. Seems I might be on the right track.
 
Experiment and find what works for you. As long as you're seeing positive results(larger post session flaccid hang, stronger erections/nocturnal erections, increase in vascularity, increase in size) than keep it going.
 
My flacid size over the past few weeks has shrunk to its smallest size since I started Penis Enlargement, but I still seem to be seeing gains. As long as I have good erections I'm pretty much ignoring physiological indicators.
 
flaccid size can be tricky. It can be affected by stress, anxiety, blood pressure, emotions, temperature, genes (damn genes), time of the day, thoughts in the brain, women in front of you, etc...

spinner, why only 15 mins/set of hanging?
People usually recommend either 15 or 20 minute sets. Because I have had minor circulation problems from very heavy stretching alone, I think it will be safer and more productive to do 4 15 minute sets as opposed to 3 20 minute sets.
 
Spinner. In my opinion it is important to do long sets but if you are using a vice style hanger then I think 20 minute sets or less are correct. I use a MaX-Vac hanger and do 60 minute + sets and have had amazing results but that is a different ball game.

It's not always about just doing as much as you can. IMO you would be better off just focusing on length and doing that really hardcore and then working on later girth in the same fasion. :)

When I went for piss, a good downward stretch that makes my ligs burn... when in front of computer, it's all pre warmed in there, so another good place to Penis Enlargement, it looks as if I was grabing my sack, so nothing is looking bad there.

I also clamp. All in all, I do what I feel will work. when I stretch a certain way, and it feels like it stretches, I keep doing it
