Ive made a similar post about this a long time ago but I have a bit more newer thoughts and questions.

Im sure im not the only one out their that has all 3 of these devices lol. Has anyone ever tried 3 of these devices In 1 daily routine?

I understand pumping should never be done before hanging because its painfull and other reasons but.. What if I were to pump after hanging?

I do understand all 3 devices bring something different to the gains.. So thats why I wish to use all 3

Ive heard around that, extending and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] give both girth and length. But hanging is mostly length so ide be benifiting girth and lengthin a days routine.. Not just length.

Well my idea right now is this routine.. I would greatly appreciate feedback/advice on it.

1) [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 20 minutes while streching in all possible directions while kegaling.

2) Go to work, Wear [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 9-12 hours)

3) Hang 15-20 X 4

4) [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] again for 20 minutes

5) Day complete. Take Rest days when needed.

In all, ive extended for 4 months and used [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 1 month so in 5 months ive went from 5 inches to 5.5 so I know that routine works well.

Ive moved on to hanging with great results, in 1 month my BPenis EnlargementL went from 6.5 to 7 3/8 but then it stopped right their.

Another benifit is that hanging is benifiting my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] usage. I used to only be able to extend to 5 3/4 inches. Now I can extend to 7 inches with no pain for a full hour.

Im very confident with hanging, but I want to make use of my other 2 devices. If anyone has any advice, Please post. Thanks everyone.

As long as there's no fluid retention the next day, it should probably be fine. If there is fluid retention, then it is going to be very difficult to wear an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] all day and then hang, because there will be stinging or even pain at the attachment point area. But if it's working out for you, then great.

WHAT? 7/8 of an inch in ONE month? BPenis EnlargementL? REALLY? Wow. Well I think you should forget about using any other devices for now, and just hang. You'd be crazy not to, with astonishing results like that. Worry about girth later on, after you've reached your length goals. Girth is much easier to get than length ... once you've reached your length goals, put on your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and observe how huge it will become.

Ehh, I kinda didnt follow the routine on hanging 101 lol. I was at 2.5 for like 3 days then went up to 4.5 then 5 .. 2 weeks in I was at 7.5. 3rd week 9.5. 4th and current 10 pounds.

I followed malehangers way (Keep bumping up weight untill you dont have any pain/feel a good strech/ and if you keep lookin at the clock its too much.

Plus I listened to my body, the first 2 weeks I had extreme soarness in the fatpad area. Pegym guys said it was the internal ligaments

The only thing I see that may arise is fluid buildup. If this happens I suggest breaking the 20 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions into 5 minute sets with jelqing in between to help with retention. Everything else looks great and I am excited to see you putting you all into this.
 
Rome was not built over night, you need to work up to those hours and tensions so you dont hurt yourself

Everyone tells me do 15x4 but I just do 20x4 im comfortable with it. Bib and other people used to hang all day which is something I wana try.

But I know I cant hang all day but whenever Im doin homework/play video games/ on the computer im gona try to hang. If anything ill do low weight, less reps which I heard thats effective aswell.
