So I've always played around with trying different ways to perform exercises, and today something hit me to try something for some strange reason to never try, or never have seen anyone speak on it.
I play guitar, to simplify it for those who do not know, the strings are essentially locked in in the body of guitar called the bridge, and they are pulled to the head of the guitar after the neck and rotated around their respected tuners/knobs. Sorry just had to give a background so everyone can get an idea.
Now as I was playing as per usual from playing sooner or later a string or two will get out of tune. Why? because it is being pulled, picked and plucked. And from this moment expressive stretching came into mind. From all the picking and bending of the strings it loosens and technically becomes longer, but it wasn't the idea of getting out of tune, it's more so WHAT makes it get out of tune!
I am going to be trying something like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] Blasters, except flaccid and instead of doing 30-60 sec holds, I'm going to try doing more of like 200 "pulls", I feel this may work more than holds (or at least for me) because personally I have way more force and intensity initially and it dies out as the hold goes on. So it's similar to doing reps when you would work out. I only tested them but not put them into a routine yet.
So in a seated position, whilst flaccid ok grip right below the glans and dig as deep as possible into your pubic bone to feel as much of that inner penis as possible, now pull both at the same time as hard as you can, but it should only last a second or two tops. As I said it's like doing quick pulls for you'd have more intensity and force. And doing many quick repetitions I think would have a better effect than just holds.
