I don't get the expansion during my workouts that it seems others get. Where should I be focusing pressure on the shaft during jelq's and uli's to achieve the best expansion? Also, what are v-jelq's? Thanks.
 
What I'm trying to figure out, is what is the best jelq grip, and where is pressure applied on the shaft with it, on the sides, top and bottom? Also, I feel like understanding v-jelqs might help me to understand where to apply pressure.
 
jm90 There really is no clear cut answer for where to apply the pressure during a jelq. This is mainly due to the fact that despite every penis having a cylindrical shape the dimensions of a penis vary from man to man. Some have flat penises some have round some elliptical. To be honest its really a trial and error process. My advice to you is that the most effective jelq is that in which pressure is exerted evenly along all sides of the penile walls. This allow for an even distribution of force during the jelq. Jelqs by nature will always intensify pressure the closer you get towards the glans because there is no room for the blood to go. Expansion is seen in greater volumes closer to the glans and even during ulis. To stay even I suggest performing DLD Bends or DLD's Isolated Compression Squeezes as they have proven themselves to give expansion closer to the base resulting in a more uniform penis. As far as the V Jelq goes i have only heard of the guys at Thund3rs Pl@ce mentioning them and when they were mentioned it was only in the light of increasing vascularity. jelqing alone will increase vascularity. jm90 I feel where your coming from with the low expansion because it happens to me. Its just that your tunica is less pliable than others. Its not a problem as long as your performing the exercises correctly gains will come and cement if you stick with it. To be honest if my memory serves me correctly I remember a couple guys here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] who have gained and went on record as to having little or no expansion during girth exercises and still have gained girth.
 
i don't get it either. DLD always says you should get around a .25" increase in girth, but even after sessions that left my dick sore the next day i never got that
 
Thanks for the responses. When I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I get expansion, so I feel like its possible. I'm going to keep trying different approaches to see if something works better.

I can't speak from experience (AS I STILL DON'T HAVE MY [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]:() but it seems that the combination of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and manual girth work are the best way to get that expansion.

clamping is what does it for me. i don't get the .25" but i can feel my dick stretching from the inside. i wish i could stop bustin nuts when i do it though so i could go all out on a girth routine
 
JM, after applying a good lubricant along your shaft, hold your hand out in front of you like you are going to throw a slow pitch softball, palm up. Curl your fingers upward just like you would have to to hold that softball in your hand. Now turn your wrist so that your knuckles are facing your stomach. Split your middle finger and the finger next to your thumb and slide the base of your penis into that groove. Focus your pressure on the sides of your shaft as you now stroke upwards, stopping at the base of your glans. Now repeat with your other hand. V-jelqs work your cc best. If you do these correctly, your glans will be rock hard as you approach it (test it by touching it with your other hand). If your glans is soft, apply more pressure. Remember, no matter what pressure you use, keep it uniform as you glide upwards, and also, this isn't a race, take 3-5 seconds per stroke. People talk about keeping your erection level around 50%, but I have performed these from nearly erect to almost flaccid.

On regular ok jelqs use the overhand grip to get your grip as close to your base as possible. I concentrate on getting my pointing finger (finger next to my thumb) right on my cs (the spongy tissue that runs along the bottom of your shaft). Most of my focus on ok jelqs is my cs, so my finger rides up it the whole length. My cs has more than doubled in size from these jelqs.

I would suggest doing one to three sets of 30-50 each of the ok jelqs and and v-jelqs. Doing a set of each gives your fingers a chance to recover from the v-jelqs.
 
i did a clamping session and i measured while clamped. i went from 5" in girth to 5.4". after i released the clamp and got blood circulating again i was still at 5.1". i can see big gains coming from this, just gotta stay consistent

That is the plan, getting expansion above normality consistently enough that the max size continues to grow larger.
