Exercises to reduce or eliminate the "baseball bat" shape

It seems, after pausing various Penis Enlargement forums, that the "baseball bat" effect afflicts quite a few guys, but there are relatively few threads discussing the topic. So, I thought I'd start one with the aim of compiling current and theoretical exercises that can even-out penis girth.

Here are the three exercises that I am aware of:

1) Hanging. This stretches the ligs further down the shaft, thus thickening the base.

2) Horse squeezes. By holding and squeezing the mid-shaft, your grip acts as a tourniquet, forcing blood to stay in and engorge the thinner section of the penis.

4) Horse squeeze with clamp. Same as above, except using a cable clamp instead of your hand at mid-girth. This allows for a constant pressure instead of the variable pressure that your hand's grip might exhibit.

Anyone know of any other exercises for the baseball bat shape, or have any ideas that might work?

Wants9, Do you think that for girth doing just horse 440s would cause the baseball bat effect? curious.........
Depending on your form, it might exacerbate the problem, I think. Such as if you're gripping to high with your turnequet hand and not pushing back far enough .

If you keep your turnequet hand at the extreme base, and then push back with your "ok" sign to mid-girth, it might help. I'm not an expert at this, though.

In part, this thread is for me to learn new techniques to fix my own baseball bat problem.

One thing I never understood about the Advanced & Triple Horse Squeezes is that the Constrictor Guide describes the OK grip squeezing the thinner part of the shaft. It seems to me that would force blood out of the area, and would reduce the girth gain. Wouldn't squeezing the thicker part of the shaft force more blood into the thinner part?

BTW, thanks for such an awesome guide!

I don't think you're supposed to grip the thinnest part of the shaft so much as the demarcation point where the shaft starts to bulge out. Also remember that that's not the complete exercise. After getting a lot of blood in the head and upper shaft, you're supposed to push down until the aforementioned demarcation point.

Oh, and on Red's and my behalf, you're welcome :)

Check my demo threads via my signature on girth exercises. The basic "uli" type base squeezes, as well as the already mentioned "horse" squeezes are very good for more uniform girth development. Uneven girth gains along the shaft .....from what I've seen over the years giving various guys advice on girth exercises, comes mostly from focusing on only jelqing....where usually, most of the pressure internally comes near the end of each jelq repetition (nearer the front of the penis vs. near the rear, or anywhere else).

Now that makes sense. Thanks for the clarification.
Any time.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I haven't done uli's yet, but if they'll help the shape, I'll start adding them to my regimen.

Would clamping at the base for an extended time, at mid shaft for a time, underneath the glans, and then clamping at the base and squeezing under the glans help form an overall perfect shape throughout the penis? I mean covering all areas would help to acheive that perfectly "rounded" look right? Of course covering all areas of your particular needs would help better I suppose.

I mean I am no fatty by FAR, so when I start clamping later in August (got it all scheduled out) I am going to try this. 5 minutes at the base, 5 minutes at mid shaft, 5 underneath the glans, and 5 at the base and squeezing with my hand under the glans.
